Your shipment will be shipped by UPS, TNT, GEL and Voigt (DHL freight). Large packages by courier. We deliver to the following countries: Germany, Latvia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain (only up to a package length of 2.30m), Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Bulgaria, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary.

SHIPPING TIME

The standard delivery time is within Germany is 2-3 working days. we ship our products with DHL, UPS and TNT. Since projection screens are mostly bulky goods, it might take a bit longer than a regular delivery time. Please note that delivery to a Packstation is not possible.

Please note that international shipments may also deviate from the regular delivery time due to several transhipments and stop points.

SHIPPING COST

The shipping costs per package depend on the weight and length and are automatically displayed at the checkout for the selected items.

The indication of the shipping costs is non-binding. Additional costs such as island surcharges or similar may apply.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

If you have successfully purchased an item from Elite Screens Europe GmbH, you will automatically receive a link to your purchased item. You will also receive the tracking number of your purchased item once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier. This may take a few days (3-4 days). You can track the progress of your order online in the login area of ​​the website.

RECEIPT OF DELIVERY

Please note that for security reasons, an adult must be present at the delivery address to accept the package.

Currently, Elite Screens Europe GmbH can only accept verified shipping addresses in Europe. Please note that Elite Screens Europe GmbH does not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or hotels.

VAT-FREE DELIVERY TO THIRD COUNTRIES

The invoice is initially created including sales tax and must also be paid as such. After the goods have been shipped abroad and proof of shipment based on customs documents, we will issue a new invoice without sales tax. Shipping to a German delivery address in connection with a VAT refund is not possible. In addition to the confirmed customs documents (original), we also need your bank details with IBAN and BIC as well as a copy of your identity card with a visible residential address abroad. After you have chosen credit card as your payment method, please click on "Buy". You will then be redirected to a secure page where you can select your credit card type. Finally, the correct credit card details must be entered and the payment must be confirmed. Your card will be charged after your order is complete.

PayPal Plus:

After the order confirmation, you will be redirected to PayPal. Log in there and make the payment. To be able to pay with PayPal, you need a PayPal account. There are no further fees for you.

Instant bank transfer:

Sofortüberweisung is the direct transfer method of Payment Network AG. With immediate transfer, the respective amount is transferred from your online banking account to our account while the order is being placed. After completing the immediate transfer, we will immediately receive a confirmation that the transfer has been carried out in real time. In this way, goods can be dispatched from the warehouse immediately and you will receive the ordered products faster.

Klarna installment purchase

Klarna offers a flexible installment purchase. All purchases that you make in installments with Klarna are collected on a clear monthly statement.

In cooperation with Klarna and Paypal, we offer you purchase on account as a payment option. When paying with Klarna, you do not have to enter any account details and you only pay when you have received the goods. Delivery to a delivery address that differs from the billing address is not possible. We ask for your understanding.
