LEGAL NOTES
Right of withdrawal
Consumers (§ 13 BGB) have a statutory right of withdrawal with regard to the online purchase of goods in accordance with the following instructions. The right of withdrawal is valid at the time of purchase up to 14 days. (For any returns, please contact our customer service team first.)
Right of withdrawal
As a private customer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract between you and Elite screens Europe GmbH within fourteen days without giving any reason for the product that is not used and is undamaged (Something that is undamaged has not been damaged or spoilt in any way after the delivery to the customers such as during your transport, installation or adjustments.). The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
In the case of a contract for multiple goods that you have ordered as part of a single order and that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day after you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

If you make use of this option, we will promptly send you a confirmation of the receipt of such withdrawal (e.g. via email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choosing a different type of delivery than the offered, least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which the returned goods have reached us.
The customer bear the cost of returning the goods in case of exercising the right of withdraw. The customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the unboxing and handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction; you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The aforementioned right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated or customized and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive for their production or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
If the customer is a merchant / entrepreneur / business owner, the right of withdrawal is not assumed. However, if a cancellation is accepted, Elite Screens Europe GmbH reserves the right to charge cancellation fees ranging from 15 to 25%.

WARRANTY
ELITE SCREENS is liable for material and legal defects in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions, in particular §§ 434 ff. Civil Code (BGB). The limitation period for official claims is two years for projection screens . The exact warranty period is announced on the official product web page. The warranty period begins with the purchase date of the goods.
All sales of projection screens are final and non-refundable.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the screen at our discretion.
All screens come with a manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. Upon receipt of the goods, they must be checked immediately for obvious damage, noted by the carrier and, if necessary, accepted under the conditions. Evidence of this must also be submitted to Elite Screens Europe GmbH within 48 hours in form of E-Mail with image attachments and description.
The following cases are not recognized as manufacturing defect:
1. Memory Lines (slight line formation in the material) not visible from 1.5-Meter distance
2. Operating noise
3. Smell of the brand-new screen
4. Damage to the package due to the transport (Projection screens is not effeted)
These following point are not included in Warranty:
1. Periodic inspections, maintenance and repair or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear;
2. Transport and travel costs, as well as costs incurred by assembling and dismantling the device;
3. Damage caused by improper installation, handling, or use of the product.
4. Misuse and misuse of the device as well as incorrect installation (including direct sunlight, close to air conditioners, Heating, stoves, heaters);
5. Damage caused by lightning, water, fire, force majeure, natural disasters, war, incorrect mains voltage, insufficient ventilation or other reasons for which Elite screens is not responsible.
6. Damage caused by modifications or alterations made to the product by the customer or a third party.
7. wear and tear or cosmetic damage , such as scratches or dents, that caused by using the screen.
8. Damage caused by accidents, such as dropping the screen or spilling liquid on it.
9.Damage caused by using the product with incompatible or faulty equipment.
10. Damage by manipulating the Top-Drop
11. Any modification or alteration of the screen by the customer or a third party will void any warranty or repair/replacement options.
11.Claims for material defects do not exist if you modify the goods, treat them improperly or use them in a way that is not related to the proper operation of the goods.
12.Damage caused by any external transport methods, carrier and customer
13.Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness
14. Failure or damage caused by electricity, unstable or faulty electric wiring, fire, water, weather or a natural disaster for example an earthquake and also sudden shake or/and damages caused by magnet.
Statute of Limitations:
Claims of the customer for damages due to material and manufacturing defects are subject to a limitation period of two year from delivery. ELITE SCREENS EUROPE GMBH is exempted from any consequential damages caused by material and manufacturing defects.
EXCHANGE
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
The Cost of exchange may applied.
REFUND
If the customer cancels the contract due to any reason not in the scope of manufacture warranty within or after the period of right of withdrawal, then the shipping costs will not be refunded.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
1. Gift cards
2. Sales & Discounted items (if applicable) from the category: Deals / Resold items
3. The item sold in the sale period
4. The item we received is damaged by the customer or not as same as the time we sent it.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction; you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
Refunds process will be started after our warehouse approves the receipt of the goods, and it may take up to 14 days.
In accordance with Article 13 of the Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, refunds will be processed using the original payment method chosen by the customer.
By purchasing a screen from us, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with them.

Return Instructions:
Please follow the instructions below when packing and sending your product for return. It's important to note that the instructions below must be followed in order for us to properly process your return.
- Contact customer service (shop@elitescreens.eu) with your request.
- (Optional) Send the item in its original packaging, if possible.
- Pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process. We suggest using a box and bubble wrap.
- (Optional) Include a copy of the purchase invoice (included with your shipment) and or more preferably the return delivery note you will receive from us.
- We will not be able to process a return for any shipment received without a purchase invoice and return form confirmation.
- Refused shipments will be assessed an automatic 15% restock fee plus Freight costs.
- All Returns require an return slip.
- All returns must be shipped prepaid or will be refused. Elite Screens does not pay for return shipping fees.
- It is recommended to use a secure delivery method such as courier or registered post to send the item.
- Returning the item to Elite screens Customer Service Center in person during office hour is also accepted.
- Elite screens is not responsible for items lost in transit, and a return cannot be processed until the item is received.
- All parts sales are final. Screen parts cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different part. Elite Screens’ customer service agents can assist in the purchase of a part, but are not liable for any misconceptions. Parts are to be purchased at the customer’s own discretion.
