Free Pick-Up
All orders are eligible for free pick-up; you can select the pick-up option at checkout next to the available delivery options.
Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and are non-binding until the order has been completed.
Shipping costs depend on the selected products, package dimensions, weight, delivery address, and shipping method. Additional charges, such as island surcharges or special delivery fees, may apply.
To view the exact shipping costs, please add the desired product to your cart and enter your complete delivery address during checkout.
Shipping Partners
Your order may be shipped with UPS, TNT, GEL, Voigt / DHL Freight, or another suitable freight partner, depending on the size, weight, destination, and type of product.

Large or bulky items, such as projection screens, are usually shipped as freight or bulky goods.
Delivery Time
The standard delivery time within Germany is usually 2–3 working days after dispatch. Near European countries 3-4 Days. Far European countries 4-6 Days.
Please note that projection screens are often bulky goods. Therefore, delivery may take longer than standard parcel shipping, as the shipment may pass through several transport hubs or handling points before final delivery.
International shipments may also take longer due to additional transit points, cross-border transport, customs procedures, or local delivery conditions.
Delivery to Packstations is not possible.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive the tracking information automatically by email.
Please note that tracking details may become available with a delay of 1–3 working days, depending on the carrier and shipment type.
You can also track the status of your order in your customer account, where available.
Receipt of Delivery
For security reasons, an adult must be present at the delivery address to accept the shipment.
Please inspect the shipment upon delivery. If there is visible transport damage, please report this directly to the carrier at the time of delivery and inform us as soon as possible.
Delivery Restrictions
Elite Screens Europe GmbH currently ships only to verified delivery addresses in Europe.
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Packstations, or hotels.
International Deliveries & Export VAT
If delivery to your country is not available during checkout, you may select the “Pick-Up / EXW” option and arrange collection through your preferred freight forwarder.
For deliveries outside the EU, the invoice is initially issued including VAT and must be paid accordingly. After the goods have been exported and the required export documents have been provided, we will issue a corrected invoice without VAT and refund the VAT amount where applicable.
Required documents may include, depending on the case:
- official proof of export / customs export confirmation
- customer-signed confirmation of entry, where applicable
- bank details including IBAN and BIC
- a copy of an identity document showing a residential address outside the EU, where required
Please note that delivery to a German address in connection with a VAT refund is not possible.
