Return Instructions:

Please follow the instructions below when packing and sending your product for return. It's important to note that the instructions below must be followed in order for us to properly process your return.

  • (Optional) Send the item in its original packaging, if possible.
  • Pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process. We suggest using a box and bubble wrap.
  • (Optional) Include a copy of the purchase invoice (included with your shipment) and or more preferably the return delivery note you will receive from us.
  • We will not be able to process a return for any shipment received without a purchase invoice and return form confirmation. 
    • Refused shipments will be assessed an automatic 15% restock fee plus Freight costs.
    • All Returns require an return slip
  • All returns must be shipped prepaid or will be refused. Elite Screens does not pay for return shipping fees.
  • It is recommended to use a secure delivery method such as courier or registered post to send the item.
  • Returning the item to Elite screens Customer Service Center in person during office hour is also accepted.
  • Elite screens is not responsible for items lost in transit, and a return cannot be processed until the item is received.
  • All parts sales are final. Screen parts cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different part. Elite Screens’ customer service agents can assist in the purchase of a part, but are not liable for any misconceptions. Parts are to be purchased at the customer’s own discretion.
